Here's everything you need to know about our shipping times, lost package policy, and returns.


🌍 Worldwide Shipping

We currently offer worldwide shipping, covering North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America, Africa, and the Middle East.


⏱ Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note, processing times may vary during peak periods or sales events.

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience!


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

🚛 We offer free shipping for orders over $59. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee of $8 will be applied.

  • United States & Canada: 5-12 business days
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 5-14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
  • Asia & Middle East: 3-7 business days
  • South America & Africa: 7-14 business days

Note: Estimated delivery times may vary due to customs processing or postal service delays.


📦 Lost or Missing Orders

If your package is marked as "delivered" but hasn’t arrived:

  • Check surroundings, mailbox, or with neighbors
  • Contact your local courier or post office
  • If theft is suspected, file a police report — we’ll assist as needed

Important: Ensure your address is correct — incorrect addresses may require reship fees.

We're unable to refund orders lost due to customs delays or incorrect address details


💰 Customs Duties & VAT

Customs fees, VAT, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Shroomi is not liable for packages returned or destroyed due to unpaid duties.

Shroomi does not offer refunds for shipments that fail to be delivered due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to customs issues on the recipient’s side or incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging
  • You cover return shipping

To start a return, contact us at support@shroomi.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • Return reason
  • Photos (if applicable)

Exchanges

⚠️ We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

Received the wrong or damaged item?
Contact us within 14 days — We’ll gladly help with a refund.

  • Orders during promotional sales are final sale (unless defective)
  • For orders marked "delivered", refunds/resends require official postal proof of loss
