What's the difference between PET tape and washi tape?
PET tape is made from thin, transparent plastic film — it's waterproof, tear-resistant, and great for layering over photos or journal pages without hiding what's underneath. Washi tape is made from Japanese paper, giving a softer, more matte look. Both are perfect for journaling and scrapbooking.
Is the tape repositionable?
Our PET tapes have a gentle adhesive that is generally repositionable and paper-safe. We recommend testing on a small area first, as results may vary depending on the paper type.
Will the tape damage my journal pages?
Our tapes are designed to be gentle on paper and should not tear or leave residue on most journal and planner pages.
How do I choose the right width?
Wider tapes (7–8cm) work beautifully as full-page backgrounds or scene bases. Narrower tapes (3–5cm) are better suited as borders, accents, or layering elements.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Many of our designs are limited runs and may not be restocked. You're welcome to email us at support@shroomi.shop to ask about a specific design — we're happy to let you know if it's coming back.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please email support@shroomi.shop as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Contact us immediately at support@shroomi.shop. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address. We're unable to take responsibility for delivery failures caused by incorrect address details submitted at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email is sent automatically after your order is placed. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $59 ship free. A flat $8 shipping fee applies to orders under $59.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking info after 5 business days, please contact us at support@shroomi.shop.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order is past the estimated delivery window, email us at support@shroomi.shop. Please note that delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.
💸 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of your purchase date. Items must be unopened and unused in their original condition. To initiate a return, please email support@shroomi.shop with your order number.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email support@shroomi.shop with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
I received the wrong item — what should I do?
Please email support@shroomi.shop with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I get a refund if my package is lost due to customs or an incorrect address?
Unfortunately, we're unable to issue refunds for packages lost due to customs issues or an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
